Tax Exempt requirements in Ontario

Customers with valid status cards having buildings delivered on reserve land should inform dealer to avoid tax being charged on building.

Customers with valid status cards having buildings delivered OFF reserve land will have tax charged at time of sale but may apply to have the Ontario portion of the HST rebated. Ontario government form and mailing address found here.
