HOW TO USE THE CALENDAR

Your order number will indicate what week we project to build your building.

You may have to scroll forward to subsequent months.

Build projections are influenced by availability of materials, volume of orders from other dealers and, on occasion, circumstances beyond our control. This calendar is updated weekly.

Once your building is complete our delivery coordinator will call as soon as he can to schedule delivery. 

Please do not call the Delivery Coordinator for an update if your building is not marked Complete. He won’t see your building in the system until it is complete.

During peak periods delivery of a completed building may be delayed. Please be patient. Our Delivery Coordinator will reach out to as quickly as he can.

ABOUT THIS CALENDAR

This calendar is generated by Old Hickory Buildings North Bay and Mattawa as a resource for our customers to keep them as informed as possible. We use a weekly report from our builder to project a buildings’ build week.

Customer order numbers are assigned the first day we provide a quote. Quotes enter the build queue as soon as they are approved by a customer.

If a customer takes some time before making a decision to proceed, other approved orders will enter the build queue first. This is why some orders in the build queue may appear to be out of order.

This calendar is a projection. It is not a commitment. Old Hickory Buildings North Bay and Mattawa does not control the build process.
