The Government of Ontario passed Bill 23, the More Homes Built Faster Act, on November 28, 2022.
This Bill brought several changes to different Acts which included several changes to the Planning Act allowing Additional Dwelling Units on the same property.
Old Hickory Buildings can be built to qualify as Additional Dwelling Units – Tiny Homes.
